The Work Process of Re-manufacturing Gearbox

1. Disassembly and cleaning all the gearbox parts including shift block, balanced connectors, shift fingers;

2. Complete replacement of wearing parts, including but not limited to seals, oil seals, filters, and other friction element;

3. The replacement or high-tech processing of damaged parts and mileage-related wearing parts;

4. All replacement parts should be the original parts or equivalent to the original parts;

5. Make process improvement for the gearbox failure-prone, to better its performance than the original new gearbox;

6. The rigorous detection and identification of all the reused parts;

7. To implement the new technical requirements and quality standards for new transmission, then assemble according to the manufacturing process;

8. Finally, it must conduct the strictly bench test.
